I do my best work between systems and craft, where structure gives everything a backbone, and the details make it feel considered. I'm happiest building foundations, making moments delightful, and making sense of complexity.

ClickUp Mobile Redesign

ClickUp's mobile app had grown feature-rich but visually inconsistent, each surface felt like it was designed by a different team. As the sole designer, I'm leading a ground-up UI overhaul across Chat, Inbox, Docs, Tasks, and Lists. Rather than reskinning individual screens, I'm working at the system level, defining tokens, component patterns, and interaction guidelines that scale across the product. The redesign is currently rolling out, with more surfaces being updated as the new foundation takes hold.

ClickUp Whiteboard 3.0

Whiteboard had a reputation problem. Users hit bugs, performance issues, and a UI that felt unfinished. The 3.0 overhaul was a chance to reset that perception. On the design side, I led the full visual and UX overhaul, tackling the microinteractions and UX papercuts that compounded the frustration, while expanding core collaboration features. The underlying framework also got a major upgrade, which gave us a clean slate to build on. The result: CSAT jumped from 51 to 70, active workspace adoption grew 55%, and week-over-week retention improved ~11%.

ClickUp Mobile Super Editor

Chat and Docs on mobile shared no editing foundation, every surface handled rich text differently, which made the experience feel fragmented and slowed down engineering. I defined the interaction model and core editing patterns for a unified Super Editor framework, then designed and shipped it in under a month. It now underpins content creation across both messaging and document workflows on mobile.

Set

The film industry runs on informal networks, crew members find work through word of mouth and productions scramble to fill roles last minute. I designed Set to formalize that process, giving independent filmmakers a dedicated space to post projects and find crew. I owned the full product from scratch, no design system, no PM, no established patterns to borrow from. Currently in private beta, being refined before a broader launch.

Chrono

I built Chrono because I kept losing track of where my time online actually went. So I made something about it — a Chrome extension that makes browsing habits feel visual and a little meditative. It's live on the Chrome Web Store.
